Item is a handmade product that is made to order. As with any handmade product, there may be slight imperfections on the item. Colors may vary depending on product and brightness and/or contrast on viewing screen. There may be minor imperfections on the top and bottom edge as well as the side seam due to nature of handmade products. We strive to make the best quality possible, but since this made by hand, imperfections may be visible in areas noted.

Design is permanently heat transferred to these tumblers using dye sublimation. Sublimation is a process where a printed sublimation transfer sheet is heated in an oven at a specific temperature and set amount of time. Ink from print then turns into gas, and adheres to any sub-strait that will accept and absorb sublimation ink. It will not crack, fade, or peel. Any glitter that may be shown in an image is NOT real glitter, and is a printed effect on the tumblers.
